Prices and Reservations

All dates and prices are subject to confirmation. Rental prices in Euros, payable via PayPal using your credit or debit card or PayPal account. One-half of the rent is due upon confirmation of your reservation.  (Please review our rental refund policy in the rental contract.)  A security deposit of 300 Euros is due at time of reservation, refundable after departure, less damages and phone charges.  A cleaning fee of 60 euros is also charged for all rentals.   For rentals exceeding 10 days, and additional 60 euro per week cleaning fee is charged, which includes weekly cleaning and change of sheets and towels.  Additional cleaning and services can be arranged with our manager.  These terms are typical for Paris apartment rentals.

Rent per day, four-day minimum, is € 150 per day.

Rent per week is € 900, and additional days over one week are € 150.

Rent for one or more months is € 2700 per month, plus gas (heat) and electric utilities.

The security deposit will be reimbursed at the latest one month after your departure day, less the amount of any transaction fees charged by PayPal or Owner’s Paris bank and any deductions. Deductions will occur in the case of any unpaid rent, telephone calls charged to the Owner, additional cleaning charges, missing keys, and/or the cost of damaged or missing furniture and equipment.

Arrivals or departures on a French holiday or Sunday, or any day before 9:00 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m require an additional  50 euro fee.

We now accept credit card payments through PayPal, or you can use an existing PayPal account. 

To Pay your Security and Rental Deposits securely on-line, start a PayPal shopping cart, add Security Deposit, then return to this page and add the rental deposit (50% of your rent) for the duration of your stay.  For stays over one week but less than two weeks, add additional days (for instance, for a 10-day rental, add one week, then add 3 additional days).  Then proceed to Check Out on the PayPay page.  You will receive an email confirming receipt of your funds, and a separate email confirming your reservation.

Please note that this apartment is on the 4th floor, with no elevator.  If you would like assistance with your luggage, we recommend making a reservation with this car service from the airport, because they will bring your bags up the stairs to the apartment, and pick them up when you leave (for ten or fifteen more euros, its really worth it):
